1 lb ground beef
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion chopped
1 egg.
Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place in UNGREASED 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
OR
Cook over medium heat in a skillet, turning until brown on all sides. Makes 4 servings, about 20 meatballs. And that's it!
I like to add extra worcestershire sauce just because I LOVE the stuff. You can add more spices and flavorings too. My dad was/is super picky so my mom would never add the onion, just onion powder. I think that's cheating. She should add it just once and see if he notices...
